I am constantly entering client numbers and names, so what i would
like to do is have the client name pop up after i enter the client
number. I would have a list of all client names and numbers on a
master list on a different sheet. Can someone please help me with
this :) Thanks!

It will be two colums like this

Client Number | Client Name

You could use Data-Validation-Allow- List

that would create a drop-down that would offer the client names or numbers
then
