Need Help with an Excel App to Submit information to a Webservice.

Hi All,

I have been asked to create an excel form to submit information to a
webservice and store the returned information to a different worksheet.

I have the form on click action inputing sample data into the new sheet, now
I need help connecting the on click event to the webservice. Any ideas?
