Default total hours worked for salary timesheet

Hi,

I need to add hours from a drop-down list to determine the number of hours
worked minus 30-60 minutes(LUNCH), rounding to the quarter hour.

Ex.
IN OUT HRS
8:00 am 4:30 pm 8.00
G11 I11 K11

IN (G11) and OUT (I11) use a list of hours from another sheet, and HRS (K11)
use the formula "=HOUR(I11-G11)". The listed hours are for easier user
input, and I'm reformatting someone else's design. As long as I can get the
HRS-LUNCH(rounded to 1/4 hour), I'm good!

Thanks for your help!
