Setting Top and Left of Modal UserForm

Dear All,

From the Modul-Level of one UserForm I'm trying to set the .Top and
the .Left of another UserForm. Both are Modal. Somehow this doesn't
seem to work. I can set .Height and .Width in this manner.

Does anybody knows why?
