Colums/Rows different Pixels from one monitor to another - Excel 2
 

I made a work book on my computer. Open the workbook on another computer and
the columns and Rows are compressed. I noticed that on the original computer
the column was for example 5.17 with 18 pixels, other computer it was 5.14
width and 9 pixels.

Is there a function/add-in I am missing in Excel 2000. I have screen shots
but do not know how to add them here.
