Excel 2007 is asking me to download VBA converters
 

I am using an add-in from Excel 2003 which wil not load in Excel 2007. I get
a dialog saying "opening the VBA projecdt in this files requires a component
that is not currently installed. This file will be opened without the VBA
project. For more information, search Microsoft Office Online for VBA
converters."

Excel 2007 is asking me to download VBA converters
 

This site gives a little information on XL2007 and what it accepts or don't
accept.
It also has some procedures for opening and saving earlier versions of XL.
