Default Getting a reference when a value is less than 0

I have a set of worksheets (9) with dates in row 4
under each date (in row 7) I have a set of values that vary in numbers.

I have a separte worksheet that would have the results of when the first
date that the numbers in row 7 are less than 0.

Is there a way that if the number in worksheet B is greater than 0, it would
go to worksheet C and on until the first negative number is reached and then
enter the corresponding date in a cell (say C7 in the results worksheet).
