Default Changing the format of a cell after a time limit

Hello, Everyone!

I am trying to find out if there is a way to change the interior color of a
cell if no data has been entered into it after a certain amount of time.

It's the final addition to a masterpiece I've been working on for months. If
anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.
