Set Focus on dialog box

Hi guys,

I am currently calling a spellchecker dialog in my application and am
wondering how I could set the focus on the spellchecker dialog as it is
currently opening up in the background in Vista (Excel 2007) and hangs my
application so I cannot get to the dialog box. Any help will be appreciated.
