Missing "Examples" and "See Also" in VBA help
 

The "Examples" and "See Also" links that are usually on the top left of the
VBA help guide are missing on my computer.

I've uninstalled MS Office and reinstalled it from the original disk (Office
2003 for Students and Teachers), making sure that the VBA Help component is
set to "Run from MyComputer".
