Capture Time/Date received info from Outlook

I would like to capture Time/Date received info for certain emails that I
receive and populate them into certain cells. The emails have very specific
subject names, so there isn't much chance of them being confused with others
but a few also includes a date in the name.

example
"Futures for (06082007)File Has Been Sent."

to make it more difficult, Tuesday - Friday the emails are all received
between midnight and 5am but Monday's emails are received Saturday, Sunday,
and Monday morning.

if need be I can put a command button in the sheet to turn it off on Mondays.

I appreciate any help you can give.

also if possible I would like to get 2 numbers out of the body of one of the
emails.
They are all generated by another program so they are always formated exactly
the same.
