Default Corrupt Pivot Table

Hi

I have a workbook with several pivot tables in. It pulls data in from
an IBM database through a provided ODBC driver. The data consists of
upwards of 400 000 rows. It appears that the pivot table swops data
around on a refresh of the data, for instance, in the customer code
column, the number will get swopped with another customer. When you
double click on that line to expand the data onto another sheet the
data is then correct and the right customer code applies to the right
data but on displaying in the pivot table it is incorrect, displaying
the wrong customer code for the data.

On recreating the pivot table the initial data is correct. On
refreshing the data, the pivot table corrupts.
The refresh process consists of updating 6 of these pivot tables
through a macro.

Please could you suggest a source of this problem and possibly a
resolution?
