Link Picture to a cell in Excel 2003
I am trying to link a picture to a cell in Excel 2003.
My goal is to use vlookup command to pull out the particular picture related to what I choose. I am not able to make the cell and the picture link together. Eg. I have a dropdown menu with 10 items. When I choose any item in the dropdown menu, the picture showing the item will appear. I would like to do this in Excel without using VB. Please help .... Thanks.... |

Thanks for your solution.
Is there any other solution without enabling macro? Thanks.... "Gary''s Student" wrote: http://www.mcgimpsey.com/excel/lookuppics.html -- Gary''s Student - gsnu200723 |

In addition, I have more than 50 pictures to add. Stated in your link, "a
database solution would likely be much easier and much more efficient". How to go about doing this? Thanks... "Gary''s Student" wrote: http://www.mcgimpsey.com/excel/lookuppics.html -- Gary''s Student - gsnu200723 |

The solution offered is a pretty standard way of meeting the objectives.
