Excel OpenXML Readers

Hi,

Im just wondering if anyone knew of any (open source / commercial) .NET
OpenXML readers and give object model such as similiar to the Excel Object
Model.

I basically trying find a product that allows me to read / open Excel 2007
files witout using Interop.
