How can I run an access macro from excel?
In Excell 2003 I have several macros that pull data from and access data
base. This is fine except I have to run a macro in access to update that data base first. Is there a way to run the access macro from within excel with an excel macro? |

D'oh! Sorry, realised I need to use the Quit action / method & obviously, it
now works! Having a dozy moment this morning I think! I do have an issue though that I don't seem to be able to solve. When the Access macro has completed, my code returns to Excel & I want to close the instance of Access running on my machine - how do I do it? a.Close doesn't work and comes up with an error. (Where a is an Object in the code representing Access). Any ideas? -- Regards, Steve "RocketMan" wrote: WOW! you must have just been there.
