Excel/Acess import question - odd Excel records file
 

Anyone know of an easy way to modify this to be all on one line? I'm
looking for an easy want to get this to import to Access.

This represents 2 rows of 8 columns. The spreadsheet has about 12,000
records on it.

Patient Chart # Address1 Address2 City ST ZipCode
Home Phone Office Phone Provider Birthdate Id Gender
