Im trying to take lines of data from one spreadsheet to another for example
Name Cost Payed Outstanding
James 2300 230 2070
John 1300 300 1000
Gio 1700 1000 700
Mel 1200 850 350
I would want to take john and mel lines and put these into antother excel
document, any good macros to get this done,

what criteria lead you to think that john and mel needed to move to another
spread sheet?

none, its random just some lines are to be copied into another document
