Is there a command, addin, or API to get current time from NIST via
the Internet?

Thanks for the link, Dana. I clicked on the Win 2k and XP link and
read that, and also read the firewall tips. Nowhere do I find
reference to Excel, so my question still is how to get time from NIST
using Excel.

Carl.

Upon reading further, it looks like I need a way for Excel to find if
the PC is part of a domain where time is updated from the domain, or
if not, if the PC is set to have time updated from a NIST site. These
sould like API calls. I will continue to research, but if someone
knows, please reply.

Thanks.
Carl.
