Excel 2002 - Getting enable macro prompt with no macros in spreads

I have a Excel 2002 user, security medium, who's getting the enable/disable
macro prompt when she opens a .xls file. The problem is there's no macro in
the sheet so I'm wondering what's prompting the prompt. I've done multiple
virus scans on it but I'm a little hesitant to go through the selfcert
routine in case there is something nasty hiding in it. Any ideas?

Thanks,
