Updating a .XLA sheet referenced by a Client Sheet
 

I have a Client and A server Excel Sheet. The client sheet references the
server sheet to get access to the variables and forms, etc.

The only issue is that all users need to have the sheet closed down in order
to update the referenced client .xla. Is there any way be able to update and
replace the .xla reference without asking the users to shut down their
clients?
