Excel 2007 "Error loading DLL"
 

I get this whenever I try and via either VBA code or a Macro - its
only just happened and nothing has changed with the code. I found a
post concerning a possible missing DLL (which for me happens to be an
Outlook object library) but when I uncheck the library from Tools /
References and then exit the dialogue it keeps on appearing.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?
