"to take a range of data from a row and copy it to another sheet"
Record a macro whilst you perform this manually.
If you need some flexibility in the Paste (e.g. to the end of the current
data), post back with requirements.

"and print tags for data with out having to copy and paste"
Not sure what this means. Which "tags" ?

PMFJI, I bet that tags are physical tags--paper/labels printed with information
from the database worksheet.

Not anything to do with Tags in excel.
