If I understand you correctly, I do not think that this is
possible; rows 5-8 would fe included in any autofilter
operation.

Why can you not insert / move the header row
immediately before the first autofilter data row?

As indicated, I think that you should reconsider your
data arrangement.

Why can you not insert / move the header row
immediately before the first autofilter data row?
