How to display multiple lines in a cell
Hi all,
I put the Cell1Add & char(10) & Cell2Add into another cell and the content from Cell1 and Cell2 are put in seperate lines. The question is the containing cell did not collapse automatically to display the multiple lines. Clara thank you so much for your help |

How to display multiple lines in a cell
Hi Paul,
Thank you very much for your reply. My case is that I put the formula: Cell1Addr & char(10 ) & Cell2Addr into a cell. The contents from two are displayed in two seperate lines, but the cell is not extended automatically in order to display the whole multiple lines. thank you so much for your help "Paul B" wrote: Clara, to get two lines in one cell use Alt+enter, is that what you need? -- Paul B Always backup your data before trying something new Please post any response to the newsgroups so others can benefit from it Feedback on answers is always appreciated!
