Loan calculator with residual amount
 

Hi

Excel has a function that calculates loan payments. Is there a similar
function to calculate loan payments with a residual payment at the end
of the loan period ? If not, anyone knows what is the applicable
formula ?

Use the same function (PMT)

the fourth argument is the FV. Put the residual payment in as a negative
number for the Future Value of the Loan.
