Auto Population for use in scheduling

I am trying to create a spreadsheet that will automatically generate a
schedule. I need a formula or algarythumn that takes several columns into
account. It must take information from the first column, compare it to
several other columns.

Here is a continuation because my question is not clear:

column a column b column c column d column e - k
name rating section availability destination
section
Smith 1 1 2 yes 11:00
Jones 2 2 1 no off

If anyone could help I would appreciate
