Pivot Table Orientation
I'm trying to set up a pivot table with the Job Number in the column field
and total job costs and total job revenues in the data fields. But I want the revenues and costs side by side rather than on separate rows. Do I need to accomplish this with a macro? Thanks. |

In the pivot table, drag the Data button onto the cell that contains the
word Total.
