Need Help with VB6 and Excel

Hi all,
I have a software in lab (written in VBA) which reads information
from
an instrument. I am trying to develop a code in VB6 which could open
the excel sheet (from the VBA) and transfer information from the
excel
sheet (sheet 18) to a FlexGrid. Any guidance would be helpful.
