General Mail Failure error when routing
 

I am recieivng a "general mail failure message" when I try to attach
a routing slip to an excel file This was working and i recorded a
macro to automate this. This ocurs when I ruan the MACRO or when Itry
to do this manullt using the send to menu item.

this occurs without even opening the routing use interface.

any help or guidance is always appreciated.
