Forgot open workbook password
 

Please help me...I can't remember the password I use to protect my
excel workbook. I saw the codes (that where posted here) to unlock the
worksheets but in my case, I just can't open the VBA project because I
need the password for the book.
When I protect my worksheet I did as follow:
"Save as" - - "tools" ---- "General options" (My Excel is in
Portuguese, so Ii don't no if the translation is ok) and then write
the password.
How can I remove it? Can anyone help me, please?

If you can't open the workbook you need specialist software such as passware

Once the workbook is open then internal passwords are simple using

I have posted this before and look for advice from others whether it is
correct thing to do or not. If you want to you can send the workbook to me
and I'll open it providing you can give information about what's in it to
demonstrate you own it.

If you can open it I will be eternally grateful. The content of the
workbook is in Portuguese, but I will try to tell you what is in it.
There are several worksheets with automobile information from a
company named "Autocompras".
I don't use the worksheet for about 3 years, so I can't remember
exactly what I did there but you can see that the author is Cribarbosa
(I!)
How can I send you the file?
