Why is it in excel 2003 I can no longer press CTRL+SHIFT+ARROW Keys
when trying to select a row or selection when entering the details in sum equations. |

Because you pressed F2. And selecting a row is faster with
Shift+Space, selecting a column with Ctrl+Space. Santa-D wrote: Why is it in excel 2003 I can no longer press CTRL+SHIFT+ARROW Keys when trying to select a row or selection when entering the details in sum equations. |

Nope, that's incorrect.
I can do it on a different machine. in any cell type =SUM(then press CTRL+SHIFT+UP) and it'll highlight the the relevant range. When I do it on my machine, I press =SUM(then press CTRL+SHIFT+UP) and it enters the formula: =SUM(A8) Excelibur wrote: Because you pressed F2. Found the solution:
I removed an addin - namemanager.xla and after that everything went back to normal. |

Maybe you could inform the author of that add-in of this problem, assuming
you are sure it is the cause. NickHK "Santa-D" wrote in message oups.com... Found the solution: I removed an addin - namemanager.xla and after that everything went back to normal. |
