Assume the word code is in A1 and the "11 (any equation?)" cell is H12:

=(INDEX($E$1:$E$29,MATCH(LARGE(($A$2:$A$29=$G12)*( $C$2:$C$29=H$11)*$D$2:$D$29,1),($A$2:$A$29=$G12)*( $C$2:$C$29=H$11)*$D$2:$D$29,0)+1)+INDEX($E$1:$E$29 ,MATCH(LARGE(($A$2:$A$29=$G12)*($C$2:$C$29=H$11)*$ D$2:$D$29,2),($A$2:$A$29=$G12)*($C$2:$C$29=H$11)*$ D$2:$D$29,0)+1))/2

Entered with Ctrl+Shift+Enter rather than Enter since this is an array
formula. Copy down and across.

Set up to work on rows 1 to 29, but can be extended.
