Moving for selected cells
 

Protect all but the cells desired or in a more complicated series, use a
worksheet_change event
if target.address="$A$1" then range("c3").select
if target.address="$C$3" then range("d6").select
or

if target.address="$A$1" then target.offset(2,2).select
