Increasing a cell value by 1 each day from date in another cell

I have a column (H) of dates in which a change order was developed. In
another column (N) I call AGING I have the number of calendar days since the
date in column (H). Each row has a different date in column (H). I want to
increase the value in column (N) by 1 each calendar day. Thanks for any help.
