Cannot sane all data and formats
 

A possible reason would be if your workbook contains more than (roughly)
3000 different cell formats. From memory the English error message is
something like "too many cell formats".

If that's the reason how you would go about reducing them would be dependant
on what and where you have them. You could start by deleting rows and
columns to the right and below the last cell that contains any data (not
necessarily same as Ctrl-End).

You say you have 10 identical sheets, perhaps start by ensuring as much as
possible has similar cell formats. If viable then pastespecial formats from
one of the sheets to the other similar sheets.
BUT - you'll need to be careful with your conditional formats. If possible
pastespecial your CF's from top left cell to rest of section(s) but you
might need to be more careful with relative and absolute addressing (check
them after).
