Number of links?
 

Could someone please tell me what the maximum amount of DDE links it is
possible to use in Excel 2003,im new to using this spreadshhet and on trying
it found that when using around 600 to 700 links,if i open the sheet it asks
if i want to update links to other software etc,but with this amount of links
the sign N/A comes up in all the cells,if i only use around 500 links it
seems ok.............Help much appreciated.....

Whilst this indicates older versions of Excel, I guess the same applies:

I don't use DDE, but may be the source app cannot deal with such a large
number ?
