Default Excel Window

Hi,

Is it possible to just make an excel file open in its own window just a
showing
only the worksheet, ie no menus, toolbars, grid co-ords etc and with only
minimise,
maximise and close window icon options?

Thanks and Merry Christmas (nearly!)
