Excel: Compare Two Worksheets

Greetings!!

Is there an easy way to compare 2 worksheets in Excel.
The worksheets are within 1 workbook.

Both worksheets are identical (columns names), except the data in Sheet2
has been updated.

What I need to find out is what data was updated in Sheet2.
