drag and drop without holding down control
 

I want to be able to drag and drop cells without holding down the control
key. Just want to click on the cell and drag the info to a different
location.....Any ideas.......

You can.
Holding down the Ctrl causes a copy.

Or you mean you want to copy without the Ctrl held ?

Right-click the black border around the cell and drag to
the new position.
Choose from the displayed menu.
