Hi Tom, Thanks for your reply. I have run the code, but find that it
does not delete if both ranges have the smae value and it must delete,
in some cases i have up to 52 instances of the same number in column A
that needs to be deleted.

My apologies for that Tom... This all started with another thread that i
am not getting any answers to. Would it help if i sent you a copy of the
spreadsheet explaining what i am trying to do ?
