Is there a way to create a dockable list of the sheets in an Excel
file? I work with various Excel files that have numerous sheets with
long tab name and it is painful tabbing. Is the list that comes up on
righting clicking by the directional arrows dockable or vba coding
required to accomplish this task? Thanks for any help.

You can right click the arrows down at the bottom left which will bring up a
list of all sheets, that may be the best for what you are wanting

I don't think that is undockable. I created an addin just for that kind of
thing. Give it a shot and see if it will work for your needs.

The zipped file has instructions and an "Addin Setup Utility" for easy
install.

I think I have all the bugs worked out in it, but please let me know if you
have any problems.
