Send email from a VBA macro?

Can i send an email from an Excel 2003 macro under XP SP 2?

Not just get into Outlook Express (I think, just possibly my client has
Outlook),
but also fill up the message and send it.

Thanks,
Peter

Hello,
I need help in creating a macro that selects all identical numbers in
column
B from the main sheet then move all data associated with the identical
number
to a new sheet. For example: Tab 1 (contains the main report), Tab 2 (will
consist of all the 001s Id number), Tab 2 (all the 005s id), Tab 3 (all
the
0017s id code) etc...

Thanks,
Jurassien
