Update Access with a range from Excel,

Hello everybody and thanks in advance.
I have an Excel file with a range defined with a name (test_range), the
first line like a header. And i have an Access db with a table contains the
same header of the range from the Excel file.
I would like, in excel, to update the table in Access with the range
(test_range) from Excel.
Can someone help ??

Update Access with a range from Excel,

In Access, "File/Get External Data/Link Tables"
Choose Microsoft Excel(*.xls") in the "Files of Type" box
Locate your workbook and place it in the "FileName" box.

The next dialog box will allow you to select the sheet and range to which to
link. Choose the table with the same headers and you should be set.

Best wishes,

Update Access with a range from Excel,

Thanks for your answer but my problem is to update the access table with codes.
The fact is, i have an Access db from which i create around 150 xls file in
different folders. I need a code to update the Access table from Excel, maybe
with a SQL query but as i see that SQL does not recognize the ranges in
Excel. It's like, if you want, having two tables one in Excel and the other
one in Access. If it was two Access tables that would be easy with SQL. But
it's not the case.
All ideas are welcome.
