Workbooks.Add fails when executed within IE
 

The following code works fine with executed stand alone, but errors when the
hosted within IE.

The workbook with the VSTO Customization are deployed to a Web Site if the
user opens the workbook with in IE (as opposed to saving the file) the
following code fails. If the file is saved locally the code works.
