Opening a form from a desktop icon
 

I was just wanting to know if anyone would know how to go about
creating an icon that would open up a specific form that I have created
in Excel. I hope you guys can help me out!

As forms are contained in a workbook, you would need to open the WB first.
In the WB's Open event you can add code to show the form.
