How do I do a cell reference to upload a picture file
 

I have written a spreedsheet that automatically works out the winner, second
and third of a lawn bowls game. It puts their score up with a certain colour
background automatically and their name in the cell next to it.

What I want to do is have the s/sheet automatically put a picture of the
First, second and third in a cell next to their name.

Is their a formula one can use to do this?
