Search for the YTD Actual column, copy and unlink

Hello,
I have a summary sheet with many year-to-date columns that link to other
sheets within the same workbook. I need to set up new columns for the
new year.

How do you...?
1) Search for a visible "Y-T-D" or a "YTD". It's located along either
on rows 1, 2 or 3. (Some hidden columns may contain "Y-T-D" or "YTD",
so need to ignore those)
2) Directly one cell below this "Y-T-D" or "YTD", must contain "Actual".
Now, the correct YTD column is found. Otherwise, repeat first step
until "Y-T-D" or "YTD" and "Actual" are found in the same column.
3) Insert a column to the left. For each cell, below the title "Actual"
down to the bottom, copy. When pasting, for each cell that has a link,
then paste as values. Otherwise, paste each cell as is because it's
usually is a sum formula. (The link points to the tab called "Sales")
4) Go back to the "Actual" cell located directly below "Y-T-D" or "YTD",
count 3 cells to the left (including the newly insert column). If it's
not blank, then Hide column.

Thank-you so much,
Aria
