need to create shortcut button in Excel spreadsheet
 

I'm looking to create a button in an excel form that would ultimately create
a PDF and cross reference a company name and contact from a database and
place it in a Lotus Notes email.

So I would need it to:
create PDF
lookup comany name
lookup contact
get email address
open email
insert pdf created

need to create shortcut button in Excel spreadsheet
 

creating the button for the macro is easy. the rest will require a "Bump"
for more assistance.
