Creating a report to send extracted data to
I have VBA code that extracts data from a workbook, "creates a report" on
that data, then closes the workbook and opens the next one to report on. I need to be able to present the data in a report type format that can be printed. Think invoice type layout, for the workbook that is opened. The next workbook would be opened and the same type of report would be generated. Is there a way to add a report type form that I could feed the data to and move on to the next one? Ideally the data would be dumped in to a database and the report generated from the database but this is a temporary solution (a year maybe) while the permanent solution is being created. The help I've received here has always been very useful so I hope someone can help me with this somewhat abstract question. If you need more info let me know. |
