Connect an image to a cell and row
 

I have a basic sheet with rows and columns where I use auto filter to sort
and filter the rows. I would like to have a column containing a picture
connected to a row. The picturecolumn will follow the row when sorted and
filtered. Is that doable in some kind of way?
I have read the information at http://www.mcgimpsey.com/excel/lookuppics.html
and it doesn't solve my problem.
The easiest way would be to set the background of a cell to an image (like
you do with images in comments).
